Terms of Use
1 · Access is granted, not bought by registering
Registering creates a credential. It does not grant access to anything. Access is granted separately against a subscription, one account at a time, and can be suspended or withdrawn. Until access is granted you can sign in and see no reports.
2 · Your account is yours alone
Do not share your password, your authenticator, or your session. Access is recorded against your account, so anything done with it is attributed to you. Tell us immediately at hello@cumulate.au if you believe your account has been used by somebody else.
3 · What you may do with a report
Reports are confidential to the account entitled to them and to the organisation that account belongs to. You may read, print and use them for your own club or organisation’s purposes. You may not republish them, pass them to a third party, or use them to build a competing product.
4 · Synthetic values are not measurements
The platform marks every value with a data class, and figures marked synthetic are generated from position-level distributions. They describe nobody. They must not be quoted to a club, shown to an athlete as a measurement, or relied on for a selection, contract, medical or welfare decision. Reports state this on their first page, and taking a synthetic figure as a measurement is a misuse of the platform rather than a defect in it.
5 · Decisions remain yours
The platform produces analysis. It does not make selection, list-management, medical or employment decisions, and it is not a substitute for medical or professional advice. Responsibility for decisions taken with it rests with the organisation taking them.
6 · Athletes
Where a report concerns an identified athlete, the commitments in our Data Rights statement bind the way it may be used — including that it is never used as a selection threat or a performance punishment.
7 · Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and correct, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8 · Suspension
Access may be suspended where these terms are breached, where an account appears to be compromised, or where a subscription lapses. Suspension takes effect immediately on the next request.
9 · Intellectual property
The 10–30–50 framework, the platform, and the reports it produces remain the property of Cumulate.
10 · Liability and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
11 · Changes
These terms change as the platform does. This policy reflects the most up to date terms of use of the platform.
