Data Rights
A report about an athlete belongs to the platform. This page states what that means in practice, and what this platform will not do.
The report belongs to the platform
The platform athlete intelligence reports based on the proprietary framework, 10-30-50 on building sports dynasties. All content, descriptions and assessments are purely based on the framework and full ownership rights of all reports, content and materials remain with Cumulate Advisory Pty Ltd.
It is never a weapon
A report is not used as a selection threat and not used as a performance punishment. It exists to describe where somebody is and what would move them forward. A club that uses it otherwise is using it against its purpose.
What is measured, and what is not
Every value on this platform carries a data class, and it is shown, not buried. Actual means observed. Synthetic means generated from position-level distributions — it describes nobody, it is not a measurement of the named athlete, and it must never be quoted as one.
At present the biological, readiness, off-field and governance figures across this platform are synthetic. Match statistics, availability, venues and margins are actual, drawn from the published season. Every report states this at the top of its first page.
Where identity information comes from
Name, date of birth, height, debut year and career record are drawn from publicly published competition rosters. Every record carries its source and the basis on which it was collected.
Clinical and psychological information
Not held here. It is firewalled entirely from performance and selection staff, and it does not appear in any report this platform produces. If that ever changes it will be under a separate credential path, with its own consent, and this page will say so first.
Who can see a report about you
Access is decided per account and checked on every request. A club account reaches athletes contracted to that club and no others. League and Administration accounts have competition-wide access, granted deliberately one account at a time. Every view and every download is recorded — who, what and when — so the question “who has seen this?” has an answer.
General handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Statement.
